Returns Policy

We do not accept returns due to Covid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items.

 

Please do not ship your items to our location with the intention to return the item and receive a refund. Items sent to our location will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the sender.

 

In-store purchases CANNOT BE EXCHANGED THROUGH THE MAIL

We are working around the clock to get all shipments out as soon as possible. Due to COVID-19 You may experience shipping delays.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $25 OR MORE (US ONLY) NO PROMO CODE NEEDED

Exclusions apply to all special shipping offers, including Free Shipping. The minimum purchase amount for each shipping offer does not include tax. Offer applies to Standard Shipping to one location. The free shipping only apply to domestic orders. Shipping offers cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses. 

All orders ship within  2-4 business days after processing (not including holidays or weekends)

 

When you first place an order you'll receive a confirmation email and when your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can check out the FAQ page (https://www.matpnation.com//faq/) on  for any other information regarding shipping.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

M.T.A.P. does not guarantee and is not responsible for damaged orders as a result of the negligence of FedEx/UPS/USPS.

FedEx/UPS automatically insures each shipment up to $100. M.T.A.P. encourages customers to purchase additional insurance in cases where the cost to replace the order is more than $100. M.T.A.P. can purchase the additional insurance upon customer request with FedEx/UPS at the time the shipment is processed.

M.T.A.P. does offer shipments that require a signature for a cost of $5.00. Please contact Customer service to get this added. We may require this for customers that have reported package theft.
