Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to assist with exchanges within our policy guidelines.


? Exchanges (In-Store & Online)

  • We offer exchanges only within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • Have original tags attached

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.

  • If your preferred item is unavailable, you may select an item of equal value or receive a store credit.


? Condition of Items

Items must be in resalable condition:

  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or pet hair

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact


?️ Final Sale Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange or store credit.


? Online Exchange Instructions

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at Danijay@mtapnation.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you want to exchange

    • Desired replacement item and size

Step 2: Ship Your Item

  • Once approved, ship your item to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery

Step 3: Processing

  • Once your item is received and inspected, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • If your requested item is unavailable, you will be notified to select an alternative or receive store credit
